In addition to my commentary, I appear from time to time in various print and broadcast outlets and also write legal scholarship.  My most recent coverage is available at the BORDC site.

As an organizer, my work tends to focus on rule of law issues impacted by the War on Terror, including executive aggrandizement and secrecy, torture and executive accountability for human rights violations, government spying and surveillance, and the looming specter of a "preventive" (read: arbitrary and unchecked) detention scheme. My columns address these issues, as well as foreign policy and various domestic issues. My academic agenda, which I've more or less set aside until we hurdle our current civilizational crisis, focuses on measures to achieve equal opportunity by extending the market to its furthest logical conclusion and eliminating legal subsidies for rich people

Each of my pieces of commentary, as well as legal scholarship, are collected here.
