Like most artists, I think, I first engaged poetry & music to express my feelings.  I tend to share my more socially relevant work publicly, so this material hasn't been shared as widely, but it includes some of my favorites. 

Get Outta Your Chair

My debut CD, Get Outta Your Chair, includes socially conscious and personally reflective rhymes over funk, house, R&B, traditional hip-hop and soul tracks from a variety of producers including Thunderball, Starpeople and Bomani "D-Mite" Armah.
